Anne Marie Nest | Breakout Session
No matter how in touch with your body, break and voice you usually are, when faced with discrimination, micro-agressions and confrontations based on gender or race, it can be difficult to keep "on your voice" and speak your mind in that very moment. These conflicts can often literally take our breath away and prevent us from fully and truthfully expressing ourselves. In Anne Marie's workshop, "Liberating the Voice when Facing Adversity", you will learn techniques to apply in moments of conflict and stress that will help you stay connected to your breath and body and vocally express yourself in a clear, direct and effective manner.
